Everything went fine, this was the second time it was in for this same problem, this time they said there was a bulletin on it and it seems to be fixed properly. Wish they would have figured that out the first time it was in for this surging problem

I didn't have an appointment but was needing the battery tested because the car wouldn't start on days below freezing. The battery was too low to start on days that cold but started on warmer days. They replaced my battery for me.

The best service always!! I have never sat for more than 45 min for an oil change and tire rotation . So far I have had 3 oil change services with Hove and the best experiences.

The work started right on time and was completed in a timely manner. Waiting room was comfortable, and employees were helpful and friendly.
